Sometimes, teams need inspiration or prompts to guide their discussions, and TEAM Cards provide these through thought-provoking questions and quotes.
Every element of the TEAM Cards tool is designed to help teams start focused discussions. These discussions aim to brainstorm responses to specific questions, allow team members to share and hear each other's perspectives, and ultimately strive to reach a collective agreement.
What does the card deck consist of?
- The card deck consists of coaching question cards divided into four major categories, further broken down into nine areas, each containing five selected coaching questions.
