What does this team coaching tool offer?

In team coaching, there are several interesting and targeted approaches to guiding teams in setting goals or finding solutions that can enhance collaboration and their overall functioning. However, some teams, despite shared and well-intentioned objectives, struggle to find common ground. General questions about goals often lead to vague answers.

Sometimes a general, albeit well-meaning, question like “What does the team need?” fails to yield results, and team members may struggle to provide specific responses. Answers are often general, unspecific, or even uninformative. Frequently, the answer is simply “I don’t know.” This response might hide underlying issues such as reluctance to discuss the topic openly, a lack of skill in articulating or presenting ideas, or both.
